Congrats! Great details from you as always. Love the little bits and it's textured well. I think the presentation is a tad bland though, and the lighting doesn't really show it off. It's a very cool ship but needs that PUNCH to really make it stand out and cement its silhouette. Good job! And congrats for making the top 3 yet again!

I really love the graphic novel style and I think the scene is great! I love the action and the ship designs are unique and original. The main thing that detracts from the image right now is the overall lack of focus to the presentation. None of the elements really *pop* above any others, making me loose grasp of what exactly I'm looking at, which is important in such a busy scene. Some motion blur and depth of field would also really add movement and help with the viewer's focus as well. You've made great strides since the last competition! Congrats for placing twice in a row!

1st Place
SomeGuy
I know some may argue that SomeGuy's ship design may be a bit less "detailed" than others, but the presentation of this piece kept drawing my eye back to it over and over. The lighting, the colors, the composition, are all spot on. And it's a very original idea as well! The only sore spot to me is the overall duplication of the background asteroids. They all look very similar and give me a "ping pong balls in space" feel to the background, but admittedly, that's a bit nitpicky. The look of this image screams "ominous alien" to me and it looks great. Congrats on the win!
Also wanted to give an Honorable Mention to oldhippie_tom for his Millennium Falcon entry. To be honest, I was really thinking you'd make the top three, but then in your final, it was just hard to actually *see* the model itself since it was so small! But I have to say, the scene made me laugh.

Congrats again everyone! The new Challenge will be posted shortly!
