Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Adding Geometry to a Nurbs Object

How do you add more vertexes or geometry to a NURBS object? I was looking at this video but the guy done it in a single click and i lost him. Anyway he ended up with a tool that showed red lines allowing him to make more vertexes on a NURBS object.

Right click on your surface, and click on Isoparms. Then click on one of the divisions that run in the direction you want your new division to run in. Then click and drag, and release when you get to where you want to add your new division. Then go to Edit Surfaces>Insert Isoparms.
