HQ Textures On Default Quality Rendering? (Viewports)

Yet another issue that comes to me with 2012... My blueprints look like utter crap on default quality rendering, but are nice and smooth on high quality. On highquality some things don't show up (CVs for example). So I was wondering if there's any way to get them to display as if they are on HQ, but in default rendering? I've looked around the prefs, but can't find anything.

See image for what I mean about crap quality.
