Bending/curving a polygonal bridge

So i created this polygonal bridge (image 1), and i was wondering how can i bend/curve the ends so that it looks like image 2?

You would not be able to bend your model as it is as you need more divisions in the mesh............dave

ok i created this....what tool do i use to get it to bend like that ^

Look up bend deformer, animation/create deformer/none linear/bend. I would look on the net for a tutorial.................dave
