When I export my model from zbrush to maya in .ma format, the model doesn't appear in maya....and instead gives an error massage.... "Errors have occurred while reading this scene that may result in data loss".... please help

Help Zbrush To Maya Export Problem
When I export my model from zbrush to maya in .ma format, the model doesn't appear in maya....and instead gives an error massage.... "Errors have occurred while reading this scene that may result in data loss".... please help

does it need to be the ascii format?? why not an obj???
You can either import/open and check the ignore version, or open the ma as a text file and change the maya version to the one you are using....
failing that have you tried using the GoZ mb format??
