Maya help files ? offline method to access to them

i just made a re_install of maya 2014 ? but can, t load maya help files : loading,loading.....
my path : file:///C:/Program%20Files/Autodesk/Maya2014/docs/Maya2014/en_US/index.html
What's wrong
