Creating a polygon that blocks/affects light sources
I'm working on a little test with toon renders and i've noticed that lighting will affect each object independently. That is to say, Placing a plane or other polygon between the light source and my landscape does not create a shadow or block the light.
I'm working towards a sort of stained glass effect, where i place a translucent object with a moving texture between the light source and object to create the effect of clouds passing under the sun, but baby steps, y'know?
