This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.
I have tried afew now but never had anything that looked any good what so ever. I am sorry I cant remember the names of the softwear but good luck with the research, and plz share if you get any good resaults.
So far not a whole lot of information, have been busy with work. I did find out that Autodesk has a program for this (way out of my price range, maybe I can set some time up to try out a trial).
Here is a guy that was messing around and has some decent information, so far.
I haven't had a chance to real through everything as thoroughly as I'd like, but adding it here in case anyone find it interesting. Will update with everything else I come across.
I also came across this site, which has some good intro information on the process, there are a lot of other articles on this site too, but this seemed like a good starting point. https://www.tested.com/art/makers/460...hotogrammetry/
One thing I noticed from the video, is that it seems like this process will give you a crazy dense model and high res texture file. Without trying this my self, I have no idea how long the cleanup process would be, depending on your end game.
Just wanted to throw this up, it's not great, but it was my first run at it. If I can start getting better results I will move to Work in progress and start posting some more information.
