have you increased your anti-aliasing quality setting?

just wandering are you talking about the jagedness on the edges of the cube ? or are you talking about the angles of the outline of the cube ?

well if its a render you shud try what mike said
if thats a screen capture, try hitting the 1:1 button in render view
