Skeleton Problems :(

Hey guys, im making my dino over in the battle arena for tournament #1.. and well, i have made a skeleton just like in mikes videos, but when i go to move bones and such the polys from the arm wont move, but parts from the stomache as well. The bones are quite far away from the body, but how can i fix this? Thanks.
