Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character
Nicely done luistlf, I especially like how you've handled the wrinkes in the jeans and the seams on the shirt look forward to seeing it rigged and posed
My only crit would be for you to do something about the corners of his mouth. He has a case of 'sausage lips'. The lower lip should fold under the upper lip, with a nice dimple at the corner. I know its a stylized character, but I think that small touch would do good to his face. Just a thought
Maybe consider making a room, or house to put him in! I think he'll be great for a comedic type animation
Thank`s Jason for you comment:thumbsup: , i will look at every aspect you`ve mentioned (i take notes on an txt of every comment i get), the modeling process still as some work to do, i`m working right now on facial expressions.
For his room i have some ideas, thank`s again for your help.
Zyk0tik thank you, he wasn`t ment to be Guybrush, could he look like him ? perhaps a bit
Life is lived forward but only understood backward
