HELP! Lofting Q

I wanted to loft the isoparms of the free form fillet to the isoparms of the shoulder. In the tutorial i am using (polyextrude.com's female modeling tutorial) it just says:

"select isoparms in selected area to match up with other surfaces.(Do this in order from one end to other and loft. delete old surface"

This is kind of vague. I have never lofted organic geometry before so i don't know what steps to take. If you have done this tutorial before or know how to do what this person is talking about please tell me!

You have to make sure your two surfaces have the same number of spans.

We have an arm stitching tutorial here at SM.
