Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.
In the Walkcycle Tutorial, the character stays at the origin while the ground moves beneath him. How would I go about getting the character to move along the plane while the ground stays fixed?
I tried moving the entire skeleton along, but the feet keep "slipping".
Ha, i have the same problem, very good tutorial btw. i just want him to move along the surface now.I am just about to download the path animation. hopefully that should help me out. I'll let you know if its useful for what we want to do.
