Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

create spans

Hi there,
In the personal learning edition I tried to give an object more spans in the channel box.
After selecting it I tried to find the spans but could not.
Could it have something to do with the fact that I am still using an Apple G5 with only an one button mouse?
In several tutorials the spanbox is always there in the channel box but I do not seem to be able to find it.
Can someone help?
Thanks in advance

So you cant find the spans setting in the channel box?

If so try clicking the Nurbssphere1 (or whatever its called with the object selected) and that should open a window with spans degree of sweep etc.

I would recommend that you get a three button mouse as its pretty much a neccesity for maya.
