Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world

Basic Modeling
I can't download part 3 from the Basic Modeling Tutorial (where you have to model Frankie, pretty cool by the way).
I try to unrar it, but my program says, that the file has an error so I cannot unrar it.
Any suggestions?
