Animation render sequence

Hey I have this animation that starts from -52 frame to 125 how can i name my sequences so that it doesnt look like this cause after effects is having trouble with this numbering sequences

Alternately you could just add 52 to the frame numbers using some sort of batch renaming script or program. (Instead of re-rendering I mean).

Can't you select all the keyframes and drag them along so the first one is at zero??
