hey, there is this awesome modeller ,,,"CEMRE Ozkurt" who discussed a lil bit about modelling the nose of a character in maya.
he actually uses 3ds max, but on the following page he tells about the making of his one of the projects....... i think the wireframe view gives a good base idea...if you could follow and understand the positioning of the verts... you will end up with a nice nose
