Assistance Please With Inside Of Mouth

Hi y'all,
I haven't posted in a while so that now that I'm posting this, it must mean only one thing - I need more help. user added image How do you all usually model the inside of a mouth? I've tried using Hobbit Guy's method but my results came out badly. I'd appreciate anyone's guidance. Thanks in advance! )
