Node help

Could anyone please tell me what a top node called
blinn 2 SG in front of a blinn node is, It has an icon of a
ball in front of a cube on it.

Its driving me mad.

Any help appreciated. Ribbons

I would like to know where it is in hypergraph.

Every shader node in maya has a shading group node (SG) connected to it. You can see them in hypergraph when you select a shader and lick the show ouput connections button...
