Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

SubD vertex numbers

When editing vertices in SubD, I don't have numbers, but boxes instead. At any level, it's just the pink squares that represent vertices like in any other surface. However, I'd like to see the numbers instead (detail level 0, 1, 2, etc.). Is there an option to toggle this on or off. I did a default install and haven't even touched SubDs until today.

Thanks.

You can make the change in the preferences dialog under the subDs section.

Gracias. That didn't occur to me because of the default install.
