NOOB ALERT!!!! HELPME *BEG*

Ive installed maya personal learning addition 5 hours ago and have been playing around with faces vertexes and polygons nurbs and stuff lol

My problem is ive started 3D moddeling exactly 5 hours ago, never in my life ever used any 3D program and i REALLY want to learn how to 3d in maya, and like alot of people dont know where to learn the best, my problem is i have a 56k line so i cant DL video tutorials PLEASE help me it would mean alot to meuser added image user added image!@!@!

or to start have a look in the help files as they contain some pretty good tutorials to get you going!

There are also great books out at your local bookstore that have great tutorials, everything from beginning interfaces, to modeling, to animation, special fx, etc.

I would suggest grabbing one of those, keep practicing, and do lots of tutorials from online.

well there is a cartoon dog tutorial that is fee ..with you nto having fast access if you know other people to help download that take that option

also check your private msg ..gave some other links to tutorials .

Also, couldnt you just press "F1" and get the official Help Page from Ailas? I used that for the first two months when I had just gotten Maya 6.5

Guys, i downloaded it months ago, thx i have it done it too, its jut ive been playing around with the dogs head and i cant make it normal, im really struggling with the shapes, and i have been practicing my arse off!
