This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.
wow, it's phenominal! I have a dreadnaught myself, and I couldn't tell the difference! It's better than the miniature I have because it is a model you made, though, and it must have taken extreme effort!
Good job
bobalie: Thanks for the compliment! What's a dreadnaught anyway. I did a search on the internet but really didn't find anything.
youglion: Texture it? I'm now considering it. I was going to only focus on modeling and eventually rigging. But after reading another thread, I'm reconsidering learning other skills as well but keeping my main focus on modeling and rigging.
I'm praying that I'll be a good enough modeler/rigger in a couple of years to get some kind of 3d job. I know two years is probably not realistic but that's my goal anyway.
Don't be satisfied with what you can do but rather strive to do the things you can't do!
Exceed Expectations!
