Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Shading Networks

Hey All,

I downloaded some of the procedural textures from the resources tab, I was wondering how to import the shading network from the scene I downloaded to my scene. I tried copy and pasting the whole network but if i do this then render, my models are not visible. I also tried exproting the shading netwrok in the hypershade and then importing the .obj file that produced into my scene but that didnt seem to do anything??

Little help please, Im using maya 2011...

In the Hypershade window just go to File>import and choose the maya file you downloaded.
