displacement to quads

Is it possible when converting displacement to polygons, keeping all the geo in quads rather then triangles when using displacement on a plane?

Thanks for the links NextDesign,
Unfortunately I am running Maya2013 on linux and neither of those work user added image

I changed the .bundle of iDisplace to a .so, and also updated the mel file to read the .so, but I get the error:
// Error: line 1: /home/dustykhan/maya/2013-x64/plug-ins/iDisplace.so: invalid ELF header (iDisplace)

When trying to run it from the script editor I get:
// Error: file: /home/dustykhan/maya/2013-x64/scripts/iDisplace.mel line 38: Unable to create/find dependency node.

Is there a way to compile/fix this for linux, or any other plugins that work, you know of?
