Why not just download that. If you want just the command bring it up in the script editor and find out what function is linked to the button in the GUI. I see now it is not free. Does the 1.0 version possibly have it in the MEL script?

CollinBishop, it is free, but it doesn't work in 2014 version of Maya. I have tried to find the appropriate command in the script editor, but this thing refers to a plugin that doesn't work. Flipped faces colored in red in the UV editor, maybe there is a way to select them by color related to the UV editor's shader... But I don't know how.
