Beer glass scene creation
This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

You can find the script on the previous page of this thread or at my web site. Copy-paste from the source:

Extract the zip in your "My Documents/maya/scripts" folder and type "refplanes;" in the command line (or make a shelf button).

Let me know if you still have any problems with this and I'll do my best to help you.

Great script, KB. Have used it quite a bit. You should give it Kevin to post in the Mel Scripts area. This way people don't have to hunt through threads to find it. All the downloadable areas need more contributions.

Script Modification: back plane added

Hi Guys. Here's an updated version of kb's "refplanes" script. By his permission, I modified it to include a back/rear view plane.

The script loads the image onto a reference layer. Just go to your layer window and click on the box with the "R" in it until there's nothing there. Now you should be able to select the image.
