About the shark tutorial

In the shark tutorial (movie no. 5 i believe) mike attaches the fin and starts to say something about the model that i felt was really important. soon as he touches the topic he sees an annomily in the sharks belly and never gets back to the topic. Mike can you please tell me what you where going to say about the shark body being in pieces? Thanks
