This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

I say the chicken; chickens may lay eggs, and eggs may hatch into chickens, but you need a chicken to sit on its egg to keep it warm and ensure a chick gets hatched. If no chicken is around to keep the egg warm, the chick won't live.

It is one of those unanswerable philosophical questions. It's to grade how you look at life and yourself.

It is said that those who say the glass is half full have a positive outlook on life and those who state half empty are supposed to be pessimistic about life.

Its the same idea as:

If a tree falls in the woods/forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?

Again, this is on a philosophical question to grade how you view the things and the world around you.

For me a glass half way filled is always half full, and of course the tree makes a sound when it falls. Just because no one can hear it doesnt make it not happen. Like time sound and light are linear.

The way that the answer is generally perceived, is if you say half empty, you are pesimistic and see things from the worst point of view, though saying half full is an optimist and always looks on the brighter side.

That's true; for all we know, evolution had to take place for the first "thing" to lay an egg that would eventually hatch into the first chicken...
