Complex UV Layout in Maya

I used headus for a while but i use roadkill sometimes bec its very practical in some cases.

Zbrush does the same thing but better in my opinion...

To be honest, i want take a look at the UV tools in zbrush but having trouble finding time for it. The workflow between zbrush and other 3d apps are confusing me when i get into something in zbrush. I thought i might get into another process of forum scrolling process, if i tried learning UV tools in zbrush. Which is not a problem, but when i find the time...

Dont forget. you can create uvs in Zbrush just by masking areas

OK, so if anyone is interested, while organizing my hrd drive, i installed an older version. And it is working fine.
I couldn't find an older version on internet. Btw i am working on maya 2013 , with no service pack installed.

About the test; it seems like no matter what your selection is while using new version, it just cuts the obj the same way. You get the same result...

By any chance, do you still have that installer of road kill. The newer version isn't working for me either and i lost my old one.
