Sklaventreiber : oh! thanks about comment about rib, I totally agree! and I subdivide around 5-6 level , my machine can handle only 1.5 million so I have to split geometry to seperate part,
and here is progress

yeah nice stuff and all but i would really try to stay away from this sort of uniform microdetailing user added image

also the bone above the chest, it's called "schlüsselbein" in german user added image is mishaped

Do the head and horns really look as good as I think they do? Man! Friggin cool, dude!

The hands look a bit off to me. Kind of pinched at the knuckles. Maybe its just the camera angle.
