Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Really nice textureing for the face. Terning out just as good if not better than I had though. Great work. Way cool envirment work. Would be nice to see some renders of that also. Cloths are nice . Not wild about whats on his wrists. I'm assuming there wraped ? Maybe a little bump on them would help.

it's been a while since ive looked at this thread, but mate, thats fantastic, i really like that scene you have done, i am so envious.

i am just getting to grips with Maya lighting, from doing so much to my entry, but your scene really speaks to me, there is so much feel to it - well done mate. it has kinda influenced me to do more.

that would be nice to be doing games, but the realty is that there are alot of people out with better skill than mine (like Mike), anyway the light streaks were done using a spotlight with light fog activated casting a shadow of the window it is shining thru, not to sure how this would be done for a game, the character at the moment is sitting around about the 4500 tri mark without hands, eyes (I class the sword as a prop and thats about 450 or something) I will post accurate figures later during the day got some work to first.:bored:
