Relax UVs

When I select a few vertices in the UV Texture Editor and apply Relax UV to it, all of the vertices in the mesh relax.

Is it possible to apply the Relax UV to selected verticies in the UV Texture Editor? Or somewhere?

In the options for Relax UVs, check "pin unselected".
