June - Noob - Reimo

So, this is my first time to post here user added image.
Ok, I desided to model a reaper user added image
Didn't find a good reference pic from internet so made a quick skech(nothin special, no details. Just something where to start).
I hope to show my progress soon, I have already opened maya, this is a good thing user added image

I think the main challenge will be to find a nice texture for the robe and good lighting to give it a spooky look.

Good luck and dont forget the scythe!

user added image The texturing part is my weakest part. I seartenly need help with texturing it but soon the scythe is ready too.:tired:

Made the hands and scythe. The hands are too thick on the top and body to square and needs lot of work. But not today. :tired: :tired: :tired: :tired: :tired:

Helo. Nobody liked my scythe?! to bad... I'am so sad :'(

Oh what the hell, school is over, this was the last week. Now I can concentrate to my model.

Started skull. Hope this will be better then my other models.
Made it with polys and smoothed to show progres.

the eye sockets look a bit too sqare and shallow though

Thanx alot stedo, Yes the eyes need lots of tweaking. The overall shape is there but need to add lots of details. I think the hardest part are the teehs.

if your modeling polygons, you should model the teeth as a seperate peice then just attach them when they are done

looking really nice sharp - I like the hooded cloak - maybe just a little more deoth from front to back on the torso?
