Introduction to Maya - Rendering in Arnold
This course will look at the fundamentals of rendering in Arnold. We'll go through the different light types available, cameras, shaders, Arnold's render settings and finally how to split an image into render passes (AOV's), before we then reassemble it i

Thanks Guys,

I might actually start it again as I took a few shortcuts I shouldn't have. I was showing a friend so I was trying to work quick!

clopper, I did this all using Poly. I prefer working this way for hard surfaces like this. Not sure if that's the right way or not. Organics I start in Nurbs then Poly/SubDs.

t1ck135, I'm on the laptop now, but in the morning I will post the mesh when back on my desktop.

Cheers
Paul

cool, looks like a fairly low poly geometry for the most user added image
