This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.
I need to view and render my model of London in Maya but I cant seem to find out how I can view it in Isometric 30/30. I DONT WANT PERSPECTIVE! just isometric 30/30. If Strata can, can Maya?
Hi Michael,
I have had a look but cant find ant as yet Ive got to sort this by Monday, if I cant it looks like ill have to do it in Strata pro oh no!
God give me strength!!!!
I rememeber there was a thread about that around here ... It has to do with establishing a perspective camera in the angles needed and then turning it into an ortographic camera in the attribute editor. I know I´m missing the exact details .. but I´m sure this is the way.
adldesigner's right. Just make a new camera. Set it at the angle u want then go to the attribute editor and switch it from perspective to orthographic. That'll give you an isometric view, since there won't be any perspective flaring.
