some subd's not visible

when i render my scene with mentalray some subd objects do not show at all. but all the other subd object shows.

what can be the reason for that?

MR will not render a subdivision surface that is not all quadrilaterals.

Try to make quads of the object...

To do so:


Change to "Modelling"-Mode

Click Menu "Polygons", then Menupoint "Quadrangulate"

This may help.
