Seam when tiling texture with 2d placement node

Hi,

as you can see in the image, a seam is clearly visible. The texture is perfectly tileable. All I've done is repeated it in both the u and v directions.

Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix?

my thought is that if it's showing a seam in your render, your texture isn't as 'seamless' as you thought it was... try using the offset filter in PS to take a better look at what's going on around the borders of your image.
