maya physX plugin

Hi, I have the physX plugin with maya 2012 but I can't find any option to export/convert files to nxs for using with physX? Does such an option exist?

if nobody here has used the plugin does anybody at least know how to convert a maya binary to an nxs file?

Aren't you supposed to be a developer to download physX?

Did you look at any tutorials? I have no idea what an nxs file is. I thought PhysX was a plugin for maya, so can't imagine why you would need to convert a maya file.

The last post on that page lists what needs to be done to convert an .obj into .nxs
It's pretty long winded and there's probably a better way of doing it.

Dom, Yeah PhyX is for developers but the rules are really loose, I got a license and I just told them I wanted to improve my character work using their Apex cloth sim.
