Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

I was excited for it until they showed all the walking. Not sure I can handle another 3 hours of walking

There was a whole lot of news coverage on it here but i dont remember any of it.

Acid have you read the books its worse seriously 300 pgs of walking I about died. Though I did like the LotR movies I am sure the Hobbit will be good.

If you want something that's easy to read, try Twilight or something.

In all seriousness, glad Peter Jackson is at the helm again. I liked some of del Toro's stuff, but I didn't think his particular style would work as well for the Hobbit. Can't waaaait.

Yea twilight was ok but not my favorite. I ready liked the percy jackson books. Very easy read

I was kinda joking about the twilight... but it is good to have a nice easy read now and again. Tolkien was writing a mythology, not so much a novel, so it's understandable that there's a lot more depth and background than you would expect or perhaps want in a book. And yes, walking.
