putting a blend shape to a key set

so looking at this little video I get how to set keys and i know how to make blendshapes but how would one key set a blend shape? I need to do this to a couple areas such as teh back of the legs of my model as well as the abs so they contract when the character bends forward instead of overlap.

MamoruK,

Select the bone or control that you want to use to drive the set key and then select the skin mesh and then the blendshapes channel in the channel editor. This will load the blend shapes into the set driven key attribute window and allow you to create the key set. Hopefully that is what you are asking about.
