Mental ray question

hello all , im pretty new to maya , i've made a model , add many material on it but i wonder if they are no way to snap my mat on model to a texture map for a base to make a detailled texture , it should not be possible , but im still asking .

For example
Mat on this model

snap to this uvtexture or a normal texture

no problem if i dont get the chrome mat but a color for each

mat to get a base to start work on the texture
