complex eyes...

im working on a charictor at the moment that needs reely compex eyes sort of like anime eyes and i need to know what is the best way to go about doing that...
please help me

What is the animation about?? The eyeball moving ?? The iris gettting bigger and more scard?? Does he close his eyes - what is it??

If on the other hand you meen eyes that are not a roundish shape, buy complex. Thin your best bet is to leave the geo still and animate the texture placement of the iris.
Just a thought if your going in that direction.
