deform into circle?

hi. I made this profile of a tyre. now need to deform it so I get a perfect shape of a circle. all non linear deformers but don´t deform in the right way, or I can´t find the right settings. did anybody model a tyre like this before? which deformer must be applied here?

got it with the bend deformer. just had to rotate the deformer node..
