My P.C. spec any suggestions

Thinking of upgrading my P.C in the next 2 months as my P.C is getting on for 4 years old just want something that will last me the next 5+ years , so here is the spec..I have my own graphics card which is a quadro 3700...cannot afford to upgrade my card yet as I only have a around £1100 to spend.

just wondering if anyone could tell me if you guys would change anything, have partitioned my hard drives as I was gonna install linux on it as well

why not go with a sandy bridge or amd solution like the phenom 1100T or wait for bulldozer to come out some time this month

Amd tend to give you more processing power for the same price as an intel solution. I highly recommend them if its a standalone pc but if its on a farm go intel all the way
