Facade modelling workflow

Hey guys,
I'm looking for ideas on how to tackle this simply and speedily, if possible... It's the facade of an old building, I managed to make it once but it took forever and is really messy. Since I have 3 more to go, I'm sure there's a faster way to do it. Also, I'm not super good with nurbs, is there a simple way to make the curved window frames on the top floor? I'll use this mostly for outside shots, so it doesn't need to be really detailed.

Thanks for your help!
