help needed with Pole vectors

Hi all,

I got a small but rather annoying problem with pole vector constraints, when I key the starting pose for the leg, and then a second key to move the leg foward, and after that sometimes when I go to the first frame, the pole vector is at a other place, sometimes rotated with 180, I tried the rest position but to no avail, is there any way too prevent or help it?

Any enlightment appreciated on the subject
