Problems with motion paths

Hi All !!

Im a beginer when it comes to maya and im having a problem connecting a grouped object to a curve.

The object im connecting is a car that is split in two and has four wheels that are all animated. when i try to attach to the path it connects but the wheels go all over the place !!

the error i get is as follows....

Warning: Cycle on 'addDoubleLinear1.output' may not evaluate as expected. (Use 'cycleCheck -e off' to disable this warning.)

Any help would be most apriciated !!!

Try deleting history for the object - i think that could help.
