hi, nice start... but offcourse you still can add alot of detail....
are u doing it using Artisian? or its a Sub D? or i think according you the print screen its made using CPS....if that's so
add some detail around the eye corner...use the useful split polygon tool to do that...pulll some of the vertices back in...cause outer part of eye seems buldging out...
try it out and post the new images.
